In her tenure at Mars, Ms. Weese also served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs North America and held a seat on the North American management team. She has a proven track record of strategic planning, concept development, key opportunity identification, launching new products and services, issues and crisis management, government and community affairs, acquisition/merger communications, reputation management and effectively leading corporate change. Recognized as a change agent, Ms. Weese excels at turnaround situations, building opportunities and deploying teams for flawless program execution.
